your personal data will be processed within the following scope (both companies collectively referred to here as the “Company”). Therefore, we would like to provide you with all the relevant information related to your rights and obligations.
Processed personal data refer to your personal information within the following scope: name, surname, email and telephone number.
We collect and process your personal data in line with the applicable valid and effective legal regulations.
Processing of your personal data is always done within the scope that complies with the particular processing purpose.
1. Identity and contact information of data administrator
The processor of your personal data is always the relevant Company based on the project you have selected in the contact form. Should you request any information on the processing of your personal data or should you exercise your rights in line with article 5 below, please email us your request to info@kkcgrealestate.cz.
2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
We process the personal data that you have provided in the contact form because you have demonstrated your interest in the contact form in being contacted by us and allowing us to provide you with more detailed information about the given project, and to being contacted by the Company for the purpose of concluding a contract including provision of information about the future development of the relevant project as well as about the development of future prices.
The legal basis for this processing is the conclusion of the contract. If no contract is concluded with you based on these negotiations, we shall stop using your personal data within the applicable scope and if we do not have any other legal reasons to process your data we shall safely delete them.
3. Recipient or categories of personal data recipients
The relevant Company shall process your personal data manually or electronically, whereas the relevant Company may transfer data to any reliable third party that provides administrative, commercial or technical support on behalf of the Company (these entities are the processors of personal data). Most often, this refers to operators of websites or to persons cooperating with the relevant Company on projects, in particular KKCG Real Estate Group a.s., registered office Vinohradská 1511/230, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, Company ID: 242 91 633, as well as other related and connected persons belonging to the KKCG Group operating on the real estate market and natural persons performing commercial activities on behalf of these entities under a concluded contract.
4. Personal data storage period
We process your personal data only for the time specified by the applicable legal relations – that is, for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. In this case, this refers to the time until all real estate offerings are exhausted within the given project prepared by the relevant Company and when the purpose of data processing can no longer be fulfilled, which means contract negotiations are no longer relevant.
5. Rights of data subjects
Because the processing of your data is done based on another legal reason than on your consent, you are entitled to submit a complaint against such processing.
Your rights include: right to access your personal data, right to demand correction or deletion of personal data, right to restrict processing of your data, right to data portability and finally, your right to submit a complaint against the relevant Company as well as against the data administrator to the Office for personal data protection.
